SB 184 Prohibits the Display of Certain Exotic Animals [2004]

in Massachusetts

Update: Unfortunately, this bill did not make it out of its assigned committee.

Bill Description: This bill would prohibit the display of certain exotic animals — including wild cats, bears, elephants, and non-human primates — in circuses, carnivals, and other traveling exhibitions.
