A Florida rally for Donald Trump’s campaign featured an elephant being paraded through the streets, painted with the words “Trump” and “Make America Great Again.” This elephant is owned by Frank Murray, a notorious animal abuser who has previously been charged with four counts of cruelty. While the elephant was identified as “Essex,” she is the same elephant named Annette who is forced to give rides each year at the Maryland Renaissance Festival (see Born Free USA’s webpage about this).
