N.J. authorizes hunting of black bears

Once again the overpopulation excuse is provided for allowing the hunt; this time for black bears in New Jersey. As we know, the biological truth is that animals regulate their own populations, based upon available food and habitat. In nature, unaltered by humans, there is no such thing as a “surplus” (or “game”) animal. Feel free to let the Department of Environmental Protection commissioner Bob Martin, hear about your disappointment.
