Born Free USA program associate, Rosalyn Morrison lived in South Korea for two years and spent many hours investigating the sale of dogs in South Korea for human consumption. Born Free USA also helped with H.B. 1750, a bill that would end the slaughtering or selling of dogs and cats for human consumption, and a humane amendment that would also end live pigeon shoots in Pennsylvania.
