New York Man Arrested for Unlicensed Wildlife Trapping and Cruelty

A 62-year-old Staten Island, New York man who ran an unlicensed wildlife trapping service was arrested on animal cruelty charges for leaving several baby raccoons in a cage to slowly die. He’s charged with two counts of animal cruelty for the August 2015 incident.
