August 19, 2014 Charlestown, IN A U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) inspector observed several incidents that took place during “Tiger Playtime,” an interactive session with tiger cubs. A visitor was pawed and mouthed in the face, one child was bitten on the top of his thigh, another child was grabbed from behind and both sides of the head and ears were mouthed by a cub, and the inspector was bitten on the back, resulting in broken skin and bleeding.
