A Patas monkey has been spotted in and around the Duval neighborhood. FL Fish and Wildlife officials have set up traps in an attempt to capture the primate, but so far have been unsuccessful. Patas monkeys are considered a Class II animal which requires substantial experience with specific cage requirements. People with permits are being contacted.
