Summary:
Huyanh Ralph Tran, a Mississippi State University senior veterinary student, was arrested by the Starkville Police Department for dealing exotic birds without the proper license after the discovery of an exotic animal breeding facility in his home. The exotic animals found at the residence include dozens of African cats, rare birds, rare frogs, and exotic snakes. They were removed from the home.
