Summary:
Oklahoma Zoo medical records indicate that Bamboo, a female elephant transferred from Seattle’s Woodland Park Zoo, had a tail wound with exposed soft tissue and tendon. The tail was bitten during an altercation with another female elephant in her enclosure. They have had multiple aggressive incidents.
