Summary:
A pet African serval cat named Rocky escaped his home in the Outer Banks in North Carolina on October 23, 2018 and was filmed wandering a neighborhood in Virginia Beach, VA in April 2019, several months after his escape. Rocky had escaped from the home where he was kept as a pet several times in the past and is reportedly “infamous on the Outer Banks for his escapades.”
