A man found his cat, Scruffy, hiding under a deck in front of his house with a leg-hold trap caught on his right, front leg. The leg had to be amputatetd. CA Fish & Wildlife officials are trying to trace the owner of the illegal trap. If found, the person may face animal cruelty or abuse charges.
